৪. ডেলিভারি:

৫. রিটার্ন এবং রিপ্লেসমেন্ট:

অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে তার দায় গ্রাহকের।
